As a web developer I am always testing everything I build in as many browsers as I can in order to reach as many people as I can while keeping the design and functionality of my site intact. So when Google launch their browser I wasn’t really that thrilled to be honest. I was and still am more of a Firefox user then any other browser. I will say that with each release of Chrome I want to give it a shot. And when reading about a 30% increase in speed while browsing I have to wonder if I should try using it instead of just testing to make sure my sites work in it. Google may have made some noise when they released the Google Chrome OS but in the background they were and have been working on a remote X protocal that they quietly released on July 7th called NeatX.
