Apple filed the lawsuit with the U.S. International Trade Commission and U.S. District Court in Delaware. Apparently Apple feels that HTC infringed on around 20 patents related to the iPhone’s graphical user interface, underlying architecture and hardware. Apple is requesting a permanent injunction barring HTC from importing or selling infringing phones in the U.S. You really have to wonder what those Apple folks are thinking.

In today’s hectic world we are constantly using some sort of high tech gadget from the time we get up to the time we turn out the lights. This could be anything from our television or DVR box to our cellphones or computers. We have all learned to used these technologies and most of us have a “Love/Hate” relationship with many of them.
